CANCELLATION ON SITE

You as a customer can cancel your order without charges 24 hours after placing your order on our site, or by calling our customer service (+31 (0)645547289) within the approved time frame for cancellation. In such a case we will refund every payment made by you for such services without charges; when and if applicable. Any suspected fraudulent transactions by our customers which defies the terms and conditions of using our website, we at our own discretion could cancel such orders.

RETURNS AND REFORMS:

Customers can return the products at the time of delivery if for reasons that the product did not meet their expectations, or wrong size, colour or quality. We would accept the returned products in their original packaging, as long as they are not used, damaged or tampered with in unacceptable manner, and within 14 days of delivery. Your refund will be effected on reception of the retuned products in good and delivered condition.
